Company Manager The Company Manager is the chief liaison between the Theater and the artists it employs, including actors, directors, and designers. The individual is responsible for all communication with these artists before, during, and after their residency, as well as budgeting, planning and tracking all aspects travel and housing for the artists, overseeing payroll, and generally meeting the requirements and needs of the company throughout the season. The Company Manager must have exceptional management skills, knowledge of theatrical unions, excellent organizational abilities, effective interpersonal communication and proficiency in MSWord and Excel. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and supervises volunteers and Contract personnel. This is a salaried position, 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
